The Digital Government Authority (DGA) announced that Elm, a pioneer in digital solutions, has won the Digital Government Award for “Best Digital Partner". The recognition was made during the Digital Government Forum 2025, held in Riyadh with the participation of senior ministers, decision-makers, and leading local and international experts in digital transformation.
This honor comes in recognition of Elm's pivotal role as a national partner in enabling smart government transformation, and its outstanding contributions to accelerating digital transformation and enhancing the national digital economy through innovative digital solutions that boost government efficiency and elevate the beneficiary experience to new levels of quality and reliability.
The achievement reflects the depth of Elm's strategic partnership with government entities, which has contributed to remarkable progress in international digital indicators. The Kingdom ranked first regionally, fourth globally, and second among G20 countries in the 2024 Online Services Maturity Index, and sixth globally and first regionally in the United Nations E-Government Development Index.
Furthermore, the Digital Experience Maturity Index 2025 recorded a national average of 86.71% at an “Advanced" level, underscoring the Kingdom's evolution into a global model for digital government excellence.
