Elm launched the first e-mail alert service and a direct inquiry service via the passport portal.

Launching the Muqeem service as the first-of-its-kind integrated interactive e-service.

2010

Elm launched the Absher portal in cooperation with the General Directorate of Passports as the first integrated e-portal serving millions of citizens and residents.

Elm launched the first pilot center for government services.

2011

Launched the Estihkak service as the first entitlement verification engine, along with introducing Hafiz as the first application of this service.

2012

Elm launched the Medical E-Certificate Service, and the integrated version of the Tamm port

2014

Elm operated the Hayak project designed to receive Saudi Arabia’s guests through airports.

2017

Elm implemented the Citizen Account project.

2019

Elm operated the Makkah Route Initiative to serve pilgrims by enabling them to complete their entry procedures in their home countries’ airports.

During the pandemic, Elm cooperated with the concerned authorities to develop the Tawakkalna app, as well as operate vaccine and extended testing centers.
