Elm, a leading provider of digital solutions, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with KBW Jordan to implement a comprehensive digital transformation project for the Royal Medical Services in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
This agreement represents a pivotal milestone in Elm's regional expansion strategy and an ambitious move to strengthen its footprint in Arab markets. Through a strategic initiative aimed at advancing the Jordanian healthcare sector and enhancing its digital capabilities, the partnership with KBW Jordan underscores the depth of collaboration between the two parties. It also paves the way for new opportunities to grow their joint ventures by implementing one of the most significant digital transformation projects in Jordan's healthcare sector.
The project will focus on building an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that improves financial and administrative performance, streamlines decision-making processes, and supports the Royal Medical Services' transition to a sustainable, fully digital ecosystem. It aligns with Jordan's broader vision of modernizing its healthcare infrastructure and delivering more responsive, efficient public services.
Implementation will be carried out in several phases, beginning with a detailed assessment of current operations and future system design. Subsequent phases include the development and integration of financial, administrative, supply chain, procurement, and inventory systems, followed by full system deployment and technical support. The project will also involve establishing governance frameworks, data migration, integration with national medical platforms, comprehensive staff training, and the launch of a dedicated support and operations center within the Royal Medical Services to ensure continuity and continuous improvement.
Majid bin Saad Al-Arefi, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Official Spokesperson for Elm, stated that this agreement represents a continuation of the company's journey in transferring its technical expertise to regional markets.
