His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal bin Bader, Governor of Al-Ahsa and CEO of Al-Ahsa Development Authority, presided over the signing of a partnership agreement between the Authority and Elm at the governorate's headquarters today, Wednesday. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Abdulrahman bin Saad Al-Jadhai, CEO of Elm.
This strategic agreement is designed to provide consultancy services that will enhance the Authority's digital capabilities, accelerate its digital transformation process, and equip it with the essential skills and competencies needed to improve service delivery.
Representing Al-Ahsa Development Authority was Abdulaziz bin Ghazi Al-Ismail, Director of the General Department of Procurement, while Elm was represented by Abdulaziz bin Abdulmohsen Al-Sheikh, Vice President of Business Sectors.
Commenting on the partnership, HRH Prince Saud bin Talal stated, "We are confident that our collaboration with Elm will be instrumental in advancing the adoption of digital solutions in public service delivery. Through this partnership, we look forward to leveraging Elm's extensive capabilities and leading expertise in developing the talents and leaders required to spearhead our digital transformation journey and provide essential consultancy services."
Majed bin Saad Al Arifi, Spokesperson and Vice President of Marketing at Elm, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, noting that, "This collaboration with Al-Ahsa Development Authority in designing smart digital solutions and empowering skilled human capital to lead the Authority's digital transformation reflects our commitment to delivering innovative and secure services across public and private sectors. It reinforces Elm's position as a key driver of digital transformation efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia."
Under this agreement, Elm will work closely with the Authority to develop a comprehensive roadmap for implementing IT initiatives, projects, and digital capabilities over the next five years. The plan includes developing human capital, attracting top talent, and enhancing governance and performance management mechanisms. All services will be delivered according to the highest quality standards and best professional practices, with a detailed plan for quality control procedures to be reviewed and approved by the Authority.
