Elm Company, a pioneer in digital solutions, has signed a cooperation agreement with the National Housing Company (NHC) to develop a suite of smart solutions and services aimed at enhancing community management operations and improving quality of life. The signing took place on the sidelines of the “Cityscape" exhibition, hosted in Riyadh from November 17–20, 2025.
The agreement positions advanced technologies and artificial intelligence as key enablers for elevating residential ecosystems, through the development of an integrated operational infrastructure focused on neighborhood and facility management solutions, urban landscape enhancement, smart irrigation systems, and advanced monitoring models within residential communities. It also includes the development of smart gate systems, unified access control solutions, and harmonized digital experiences for residents and visitors within a modern, efficient operational framework.
The scope of cooperation further extends to developing smart home solutions by integrating intelligent lighting systems, motion and temperature sensors, energy and water monitoring technologies, and home security systems equipped with smart cameras and unified control tools. These efforts aim to build safer, smarter home environments and deliver an advanced residential experience driven by automation and AI-powered analytics.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Majid Al-Arifi, Spokesperson and Executive Vice President of Marketing at Elm, stated that the agreement aligns with the company's efforts to support the development of modern residential communities built on advanced digital solutions. In the coming period, both parties will conduct the necessary technical and operational studies and explore the best implementation models that deliver added value and contribute to building integrated, digitally empowered urban communities.
